  • Do you ship to my home address or I need go somewhere to pick it up?

We will deliver your order to your home directly. So please put in the correct shipping address where you are convenient to get the parcel.

Once it is shipped, you will get a confirmation email including a tracking number. All of our express companies are reputable all over the world such as USPS. 

  • How do I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your package.

Please contact us at [email protected] for the return.

Once getting the FREE RETURN LABEL and instructions, please pack your items carefully and send your return package to the nearest USPS. 

Send your return tracking number or a picture of return receipt to our customer service team.

We will process the return or exchange as soon as we receive your package.

  • How do I place my order?

Ordering online from sorchardstore.com is easy! When viewing an item, simply select the attributes and quantity needed and then click ‘ADD TO CART’. Once you have your desired items in your Cart, simply click the ‘CHECKOUT’ button. You will then be prompted to either sign in to your account or to create a new account. Next, enter any discount coupon codes or Z Points that you may want to use to discount the price. Finally, you will be directed to complete the Shipping address, shipping method and payment method. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing the contents of your order!

  • Do you restock items that are sold out?

Absolutely, we do restock most of our items. If you see any items that have not been yet restocked for a long time, simply alert us by emailing us at [email protected]

  • Do you offer discount codes?

Yes, we do offer standard discount codes some period during a year; however please follow our website for updated information. Not a member? Please sign up now. Also, make sure and sign up for our email list so that you don’t miss out on special offers.

  • Do you offer Bulk Pricing?

We offer bulk pricing on orders of 100 pieces or more. If you would like to request a Bulk Quote you can email us for a better deal and our Sales Team will provide you with a quote.

  • How will I know if my order has shipped?

We’ll tell you! Once your order ships, the delivery method, estimated arrival date and other tracking details (if available) will be provided in your shipment confirmation email.

  • Do your shipping speeds include processing time?

No, our listed speeds do not include the time it takes to process your order, normally it takes 2-3 days to process and 4-8 days to deliver, in total it would be 7-12 days for delivery period.

  • Are the shipping times guaranteed?

When you add an item to your basket, we’ll ask you to choose a shipping speed. We’ll then let you know the estimated arrival date for your item – and that’s something we stand by. Sometimes bad weather or carrier delays can throw a spanner in the works, but if your order doesn’t get to you on time, contact us and we’ll make it right.

  • Can I arrange for my own courier or shipping provider to deliver my order?

We’re sorry, but because of our production process, we can’t accept special shipping requests.
